Michael & Lisa Wootton, current owners and proud custodians of Judges Bakery since 2012, are both Hastings born and bread. Michael has baked as man and boy in the town with over 30 years experience, creator of many award winning loaves and a passion for real bread that he longs to share with Hastings and beyond.
We don’t just make bread either, you will find a mouth-watering range of seasonal products, tasty treats daily from Lime & Sea Salt Brownies, Wild garlic & Pesto swirls, Sausage rolls, Scotch Eggs, to fresh Crab & Chilli quiches.
Not just a bakery, our shop also sells a wide range of daily organic and local foods, groceries, fine food & drink and our little tea room makes the finest espresso in Hastings using our traditional Italian Lever Press coffee machine.
